I am writing it in all good intention, so don't take me wrong. Any exercise which is more than 20 mins at a stretch is not really recommended during pregnancy. You can work out for an hour, but split it into 3 slots in morning, afternoon and evening. Also, exercise in pregnancy should be for relaxing rather than for the actual purpose of exercise.
